Step 2 - Initial Consultation & Testing
This is a in person consultation, we get all the information from you that we need, body composition measurements, nutrition logs, exercise history and exercise testing relevant to your goals.
Step 3 - Exercise, Nutrition & Lifestyle Recommendation
After we get all this information from we can recommend the best plan to get to you to your goal, if that’s working one on one with our coaches, small group training or following a tailored program. You can rest assured you have the right guidance and support to get you to your goal.
We are located inside Powerhouse 4053 in Stafford!
We offer one on one coaching and small-group training with our highly qualified coaches (sport and Exercise Scientist and Exercise Physiologists). We do offer online training provided by our own training app, this has exercise demonstrations, tracks reps, weights and allows for video feedback of your technique to make sure you are performing each exercise correctly.
No you do not, we have options to include the gym membership with your program package though it is not essential.
Our coaches and trainers are highly qualified and have put allot of time into their studies so they can help you guaranteed to get results. A sport and exercise scientist (personal training) applies evidence-based training to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and improve movement efficiency, while a clinical exercise physiologist specialises in tailored exercise programs for injury rehabilitation and managing medical conditions.

I’m Jeremy Ayling, and I created Limitless Personal Performance because I believe everyone deserves to feel strong, capable, and excited about what their body can do. Growing up, I dealt with muscle and coordination development issues and spent a fair amount of time in physio—not exactly the ‘sporty’ kid. That’s why I genuinely appreciate the feeling of being strong, pain-free, and confident in my body.
Over the past 11 years of coaching, I’ve seen how building strength before injury strikes can be life-changing. It’s not just about lifting weights—it’s about giving people the physical freedom to do what they love, whether that’s hiking, climbing, riding, or simply moving through life with ease. Our team has now grown with the addition of Oliver, our incredible exercise physiologist, and I’m currently completing a Master’s in Physiology to continue expanding my knowledge and impact. At the end of the day, our goal is simple: to help people live fully now—so they can look back one day and feel proud they made the most of every moment.
