So how does it work?

Step 1 - Discovery Call

Discovery if we are right for you, on the call we will have a chat about your goals, training history and any conditions or concerns.
Step 2 - Initial Consultation & Testing
This is a in person consultation, we get all the information from you that we need, body composition measurements, nutrition logs, exercise history and exercise testing relevant to your goals.
Step 3 - Exercise, Nutrition & Lifestyle Recommendation
After we get all this information from we can recommend the best plan to get to you to your goal, if that’s working one on one with our coaches, small group training or following a tailored program. You can rest assured you have the right guidance and support to get you to your goal.

Where is Limitless Personal Performance Located?

Limitless Personal Performance is located inside Powerhouse 4053, which is unlike your big franchise gyms. There are no big crowds or egos here. There is no need for membership; we cover the cost for you to be able to train at the gym inside and outside your personal training sessions!

Is this in Person or Online Training?

We offer one on one coaching and small-group training with our highly qualified coaches (sport and Exercise Scientist and Exercise Physiologists). We do offer online training provided by our own training app, this has exercise demonstrations, tracks reps, weights and allows for video feedback of your technique to make sure you are performing each exercise correctly.

Do I need to be a member of the gym to do Personal Training or Small Group Training?

No you do not, we have options to include the gym membership with your program package though it is not essential.

What is a Exercise Scientist and Clinical Exercise Physiologist?

Our coaches and trainers are highly qualified and have put allot of time into their studies so they can help you guaranteed to get results. A sport and exercise scientist (personal training) applies evidence-based training to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and improve movement efficiency, while a clinical exercise physiologist specialises in tailored exercise programs for injury rehabilitation and managing medical conditions.

MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Hey, I'm Jeremy

I’m Jeremy Ayling, and I created Limitless Personal Performance because I believe everyone deserves to feel strong, capable, and excited about what their body can do. Growing up, I dealt with muscle and coordination development issues and spent a fair amount of time rehabbing not exactly the ‘sporty’ kid. That’s why I genuinely appreciate the feeling of being strong, pain-free, and confident in my body.

Over the past 11+ years of coaching, I’ve seen how building strength before injury strikes can be life-changing. It’s not just about lifting weights—it’s about giving people the physical freedom to do what they love, whether that’s hiking, climbing, riding, or simply moving through life with ease.

Our team is growing stronger too. Alongside Oliver, our incredible Exercise Physiologist, we now have David and Adrian, our qualified Personal Trainers—each bringing their own expertise and passion to help clients thrive. Together, we deliver training that blends science with adventure, always tailored to each person’s goals.

I’ve also begun my Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, to expand the impact I can make and ensure Limitless Personal Performance continues leading with evidence-based coaching.

At the end of the day, our goal is simple: to help people live fully now so they can look back one day and feel proud they made the most of every moment.
